Отель не новый, но очень аккуратный. Персонал приветливый. Питание: утро шведский стол, не очень разнообразный, но покушать достаточно. Свежие круассаны - очень хороши! Остальное меню заказное, на чешском и немецком, кухня в основном национальная. Если бы мне нужно было выбирать где лечиться - вернулась бы в данный отель. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Для трехнедельного пребывания в спа-салоне Belvedere, является идеальным выбором, когда мы заехали в отель, то почти все номера были заняты. Все - таки это хороший знак. Цена соответствует качеству. Хорошие номера, есть все необходимое, мебель в номере в довольно хорошем состоянии. Качество питание на хорошем уровне. Мы вполне остались довольны нашим выбором.
Расположен отель вблизи всех источников лечебной воды и парком, - в 2-5 минутах ходьбы. Номер чистый, вся мебель и техника в хорошем состоянии. Постельное белье меняют где-то раз в неделю. Подушки, по моему мнению, весьма маленькие, плоские и неудобные. В номере хорошее отопление. Питание приемлемое - есть выбор блюд - меню на русском языке. Персонал говорит в основном на немецком языке и на чешском, но на русском могут объяснить все что необходимо. Все приветливые и отзывчивые.

Во Франтишковых Лазнях были в первый раз. Очень тихий и спокойный городок. Наслаждались тишиной и отдыхали от мегаполиса. Санаторий нам понравился, довольно неплохое питание, разнообразный шведский стол на завтрак. Вполне хорошие номера номера. Убирали девочки хорошо, полотенца меняли сразу же, как только мы бросили их на пол, просигнализиров о том, что нужно заменить. Отношение всего персонала замечательное, лечением мы остались довольны. Для санатория категории 3* - очень симпатичный вариант. В холле, в ресторане потрясающие живые лилии, так и радуют глаз. Номера небольшие, простенькие... В самом городке крайне тихо и безлюдно. Очень понравился санаторий и его расположение.. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Хорошее обслуживание. Понравилось питание. По лечению хочу особо выделить грязевые процедуры, очень помогли.
Отель хороший. Лечение частично проводится в отеле, частично - в лазнях поблизости. Городок небольшой, тихий. Рядом с отелем находится бассейн в отеле Pawlik - Aquaforum с теплой водой и большим количеством подводных массажей. Интернет wi-fi доступ бесплатный в фойе отеля. Медицинский персонал в основном - все добросовестно выполняют свои функции. Очень понравилось, что в санаторий подведена минеральная вода для проведения процедур и также делают много процедур с использованием лечебной торфяной грязи. Эффект просто потрясающий. Отношение персонала хорошее. И что немаловажно 24 часа в сутки есть дежурная медсестра. Мы лечением более, чем довольны. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу.

Посещала отель дважды. Номер нам давали стандартный, достаточно просторный. Уборка каждый день. Смена полотенец по требованию. Целью все таки было лечение, поэтому на мелкие бытовые недочеты даже не смотрели. Прием вели врачи, знающие русский язык. Лечение было назначено адекватное и достаточное. Между лечением мы успевали прокатиться на самостоятельные экскурсии. Были в Праге, Карловых варах, других близлежащих курортных городках, куда можно доехать на автобусе или электричке. Были в Германии.
