Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. И, как всегда, все великолепно! Очень внимательный персонал, прекрасные номера, превосходная кухня, отличное лечение. Сам отель - это отдельно стоящая вилла , окруженная парком. В отеле есть свой небольшой бассейн, сауна, отдельный бальнео - корпус, в котором работают очень профессиональный и внимательный медперсонал. Номера убирают ежедневно, в отеле и бальнео очень чисто! Кухня, на мой взгляд, выше всяких похвал. Завтрак - шведский стол, дополнительно можно попросить кашу, обед и ужин заказываются заранее по меню на выбор из 3 предложенных блюд. Столы сервированы по всем правилам, с красивыми скатертями, салфетками, приборами. В отеле есть бар, где предлагаются и алкогольные напитки, и великолепный кофе, и пирожные. И постоянно ощущается забота и внимание персонала. Лечение очень хорошее.
Прекрасное расположение отеля. Стоит отдельным красивым зданием в парке. Отель не большой и поэтому каждого отдыхающего знают. Очень тепло нас встретила сотрудница Надежда, рассказала что где находится, дала свои рекомендации. Заехали мы после ужина, нам сразу предложили поужинать в лобби- баре, сходить к медсестре. На протяжении всего отдыха она помогала нам в любых вопросах. На следующий день нам назначили лечебные процедуры. Весь медицинский персонал очень приветливый, никаких очередей на процедуры. Всем большое спасибо. Номера в отеле очень уютные и светлые, прекрасная шумоизоляция. В отеле идеальная чистота. Ресторан работает отлично. Большое спасибо шеф-повару за очень вкусные блюда. Теплое отношение персонала благотворно сказывается на отдыхе и лечении. Все просто молодцы. В самом городке и в округе много парков.
И про еду и про процедуры можно сказать, что ассортимент здесь победнее, чем в Марианских Лазнях, к которым мы привыкли, но качество было повыше. Отель небольшой, расположен удобно. Отношение дружелюбное. Рекомендую тем кто ищет полный покой. Франтишковы Лазни очень тихое место. В 8 вечера уже пусто. Магазинов почти нет.
Замечательный санаторий. 4 звезды вполне заслуженные. Дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Особенное спасибо сотрудникам на рецепции. Всё в порядке с едой. В отеле очень чисто, тихо, спокойно. Спасибо всем! Интернет есть, но мог бы быть лучше.
В очередной раз приехали на лечение в этот отель и, как всегда, остались очень довольны. Не так давно в бальнео - корпусе сделали ремонт, отремонтировали сауну. Из приятных изменений - теперь дают общую курортную карту, по которой можно бесплатно посещать Аквафорум- это 5 минут от Империала. Остальное (питание, обслуживание, лечение) - без изменений и , как всегда, великолепно.
Отель шикарный. Находится в парке, везде тень, мы почти из парка и не выходили, гуляли в основном в нем. В Империале очень хорошее лечебное отделение. У нас было примерно по 3 процедуры в день, которые обычно заканчивали делать примерно в обед. Все остальное время отдыхали и гуляли. Курорт небольшой, очень красивый, есть что посмотреть в плане архитектуры зданий, можно сходить посмотреть торфяные болота откуда берут лечебную грязь.
Всем рекомендую отдых и лечение в этом отеле! Мы были во Франтишковых Лазнях в первый раз и обязательно сюда вернёмся! Империал - Очень респектабельный отель, окружённый парком. Номера светлые, просторные, хорошая звукоизоляция. Есть небольшой, но очень удобный бассейн с зонами подводного массажа. Лечение на очень высоком уровне: индивидуальная реабилитационная гимнастика, массаж, углекислые и др.ванны, газовые инъекции, ингаляции оксигенотерапия и другие процедуры, назначаемые после приема врача. Отель расположен недалеко от основных питьевых источников и центральной улицы. Очень внимательные и квалифицированные врачи и медицинские сёстры (говорят по-русски). Работа ресторана тоже заслуживает отдельной похвалы: завтраки на любой вкус, по заказу готовят кашу и омлет, повар отлично готовит мясо и рыбу, кондитеры делают очень вкусные десерты. Очень хорошо и быстро работают официанты, которые тоже говорят по-русски. От отеля недалеко Аквафорум, который можно посещать бесплатно, автобусная остановка в Хеб, остановка электрички.
Хорошее расположение отеля. Вполне комфортные номера, было все необходимое. Приятное отношение персонала. Все внимательные и дружелюбные. Понравилось лечение и проведение процедур! Отличное питание. Всем довольны!
Мы были 10 дней в гостинице Imperial, номер у нас был апартаменты, очень удобный и комфортный, и мы очень рекомендуем этот отель. Это отличный отель с дружелюбным, услужливым персоналом и искренней семейной атмосферой. Массаж, еда и жилье было замечательным. Красивые окрестности, так как отель - единственный во Франтишках, построенный в парке. Прекрасные прогулки, доступ к хорошему тренажерному залу и бассейн. Мы уехали после оздоровления, чувствуя себя отлично!
Были в Франтишковых Лазнях уже трижды, но в Империале первый раз. В первый же день появилось ощущение что деньги заплачены не зря, уровень комфорта номеров, качество питания, работа персонала воодушевили. Обязательно вернемся еще раз, этот отель стоит своих денег!
Все понравилось, персонал доброжелательный, большинство отдыхающих из Германии, но по-русски тоже понимают. Квалифицированный медицинский персонал, ночью дежурит медсестра. Прекрасный повар. Очень хорошо работают официанты. Приятные номера, очень хорошая звукоизоляция, хороший интернет. Уборка в номере не очень качественная, В номере хотелось бы чайник.
Отдых и лечение в санатории Империал на отличном уровне! Прекрасное питание, внимательный персонал, отлично организован процесс лечения. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Плохо, что отменили чай и кофе на ужин, можно было включить в стоимость питания.
В Империале свое лечебное отделение на нулевом этаже, процедуры проводились без всяких очередей и суеты. Пришела в назначенное время , сразу вошела в кабинет и мне сделали процедуру. Я считаю что это огромное преимущество, что в отель не очень вместительный, так как при большом количестве отдыхающих медперсонал не успевает всем сделать процедуры, так как это нужно по 20-30 минут и снижают время, как это было с нами на другом курорте. В Франтишках такого не было, медперсонал проводил процедуры минута в минуту.
Отель соответствует полноценным 4-м звездам, уровнем услуг, уровнем ресторана, работой медперсонала. Расположение отеля очень удачное - посреди старого парка и в двух шагах от центра. До лесопарка - несколько минут спокойным шагом. Столько же и до автобусной остановки до г. Хеб или ж/д вокзала. Трансфер в обе стороны достоин высшей оценки, был организован отлично, спасибо за это BokSpaHotel. По минусам в санатории - хотелось бы, чтобы в номере чаще прибирались, а не просто меняли полотенца и халаты.
Прекрасный отель, полностью отвечает своей категории! Питание: превосходное просто! Лечебные процедуры тоже все на "отлично"! В основном отдыхают немцы. Но весь персонал также говорит на русском языке. Хорошее расположение в парковой зоне, очень понравилось кормить белочек, ели прямо с рук. Очень чистый воздух. В общем, рекомендую для посещения.

Отель Империал очень понравился. Похож на дворец, большие номера. Хороший бальнеологический центр со всеми традиционными процедурами. Прекрасный бассейн. Питание качественное, причем учитываются персональные вкусы, но иногда блюда были пересоленные. Каждый вечер - небольшие концерты (живая музыка). Самые замечательные сотрудники - мануальщик и массажист Станислав, который ведет и занятия по аквааэробике. Всем рекомендую!
