В этот раз в отеле Пупп отдыхали с друзьями. Номера нам дали рядышком, за что большой плюс отелю. Номера огромные, чистые и светлые. Сколько раз мы были в этом отеле и всегда чувствуется , что время тут остановилось : тихо, уютно, культурно и достойно. Замечательная обстановка, прекрасные условия для отдыха. Замечательный бассейн с набором различных ванн и водопадов. Замечательная сауна и парные Востока. Хороший фитнес зал. Месторасположение соответствует уровню отеля. Советую!
Шикарный отель, который дышит историей. Мой номер Супериор Плюс - на первом этаже с прекрасным видом на речку Теплу, просторный красивый и комфортный. Рядом находились Люксы с именами - Франц-Иосиф и т. п. - когда-то здесь останавливались эти персоны. Отношение персонала - на самом высоком уровне, двери открывают молоденькие швейцары, горничные тщательно убирают номер, на ночь разбирают постель... и кладут сувениры (то бутылочку воды, то календарь). Мелочи, а очень приятно. Бассейн и сауна тоже выше всех похвал- кругом очень чисто, почти стерильно. Питание изумительное, но не хватало разнообразия в выпечке.
Отель расположен в тихом месте Карловых Вар, выглядит весьма солидно и помпезно. При отеле есть платная парковка. Внутри тоже торжественно и красиво. Номер приличный, с балкончиком и хорошим видом из окна. Довольно чистый. Персонал приветливый, внимательный, многие сотрудники говорят по русски. Обслуживание в отеле на высочайшем уровне ! Прекрасное СПА с бассейном, великолепное питание! Все соответствует уровню отеля 5*. Обязательно вернемся снова!
Большой и замечательный отель, нас правда не впечатлил завтрак, а в остальном во всем отдых удался. У нас был большой номер с чудесным видом, разве что находился он достаточно далеко от лечебного отделения отеля, в противоположном крыле и готовясь к процедурам приходилось идти в тапочках и халате едва ли не через весь отель. На углу отеля был салон с тайским массажем, просто великолепен! Собственный лечебный центр достаточно хороший, широкий спектр процедур как лечебных так и спа. Набор бутиков как внутри так и вокруг. Есть зеленая зона для пробежек по соседству. Замечательный отель.
Мы отдыхали в отеле в период Новогодних праздников. Понравилось исключительно все, хотя есть недостатки , к примеру уже заметна изношенность халатов. Отличная работа медицинского персонала, персонала spa-зоны, официантов. Понравилась их бдительность, приветливость и внимание. Любая просьба выполнялась незамедлительно. Отдельная благодарность повару за бесподобную и разнообразную кухню. За одну неделю при трехразовом питании ни одно блюдо не повторялось!
Отдыхали в этом отеле в январе этого года. Отель выбирали долго, в итоге остановилась на Гранд отеле Пупп, в том числе, благодаря всем известным фильмам. Очень переживала что реальность окажется далека от фильма, однако я была приятно удивлена. Номер мы выбрали самый обычный, при этом нам он понравился, было очень чисто, учли все наши пожелания (теплый номер, раздельные кровати, близко к СПА). Конечно требуется небольшой ремонт, как и всему отелю. Приятным бонусом была услуга подготовки номера ко сну. По утрам в главном ресторане накрывают завтрак. Нам очень понравилось, было всё что нужно (каши, творог, йогурт, омлет. яичница, блины, выпечка, сосиски, салаты и много другого). Очень понравилась зона СПА. При этом сам бассейн и сауны входят в стоимость проживания, это конечно большой плюс. Что касается общего впечатления об отеле, то нам очень понравилось, сам отель шикарен, сервис на высшем уровне, хоть здание и требует ремонта, но это никаким образом не мешает отдыху гостей. И самое главное - отель соответствует любимому нами фильму “Казино Рояль”, мы не разочаровались.
Роскошный исторический отель. Комфортный, красивый, дорогой. Прекрасные интерьеры. Ресторан помпезный, еда интересная, разнообразная и вкусная. Бассейн просто сказка, очень красивая подсветка в зоне СПА. Мой отдых пролетел на одном дыхании. Все было прекрасно.
У отеля замечательное расположение: в непосредственной близости к фуникулеру, ведущему к башне на горе. Повернув в другую сторону из отеля вы сразу попадаете на основную торговую улицу. Внешне отель очень крутой и помпезный, зайдя на рецепшн меня встретили две работницы, дали мне карту от номера, а вот где и во сколько завтрак пришлось спрашивать самой, про велнес комплекс ничего не сказали (как пройти, включено посещение спа или нет), а вот где ресторан объяснили очень доходчиво,спасибо. Номер достаточно просторный, с высокими потолками, чистый, воздух свежий, уборка номеров ведется ответственно, спасибо персоналу! Питание просто замечательное. Лечением довольна, процедуры проводят качественно и все вовремя. Медперсонал приветливый, профессиональный и внимательный.
Карловы Вары - красивейшее место и отель полностью соответствует и городу и заявленному стандарту! Номера очень комфортные с потрясающим видом, но если живете в дальнем крыле, то в СПА идти нужно будет через весь отель. СПА-центр современный, красивый, единственный недочет - туда нет лифта, а с ребенком в коляске или на руках, это не совсем комфортно. Питание разнообразное и очень вкусное. Особенность отеля - две рецепции. Одна в основном, вторая в новом здании. Прекрасный персонал, все искренне стараются вам помочь! Нам очень понравилось, надеюсь, обязательно вернемся!
Шикарный отель, с великолепными интерьерами, внимательным сервисом. Большие удобные номера, бесплатный wi-fi. Всё чистенько, в очень хорошем отреставрированном состоянии. Есть приличный SPA, есть бассейн, собственное казино (но в наше пребывание, увы, не работало). Отменное расположение. Питание превосходное. На завтрак хотелось бы больше ассортимента выпечки. Кофе не понравился, но это субъективно. Персонал отеля говорит на нескольких языках, в том числе и на английском, и на русском, что очень комфортно в общении. На вечер можно взять карты, нарды, шахматы.
В отеле Пупп мы уже не впервые, это наш любимый отель для отдыха. Отель состоит из двух частей, старой, и новой. Из плюсов - это сервис. Очень отзывчивый персонал, комфортные номера (возможно проживание с животными), СПА и процедуры. Мы дважды встречали в отеле Новый год и мы всегда были довольны. Для детей до 12 лет предлагают отдельный зал и свою программу. Отель удобно располагается по отношению к источникам с водой (шаговая доступность). Превосходное питание, очень качественное, разнообразное и вкусно приготовлено.
Несколько раз уже останавливаюсь в Гранд отеле Пупп и всегда радуюсь постоянству высокого сервиса. Огромный номер с высочущими потолками, удобная кровать, ванная комната, принадлежности для душа - все на высшем уровне. Персонал отличный - как бонус - все говорят по-русски. Предупредительные, внимательные официанты, рецепция отличная. Большая стоянка для машин. Главное удобство - наличие собственной замечательной лечебной базы. За 15 лет построены новые лечебные здания, куда ты идешь в халате и тапочках и которые оснащены отличным оборудованием. Ну и медицинский персонал высшей квалификации.
Долго выбирали отель, финальную роль в выборе сыграло впечатление от фильмов "Казино Рояль" и "Последний отпуск", выбрали Пупп, о выборе не пожалели ни на минуту. Номер брали комфорт с полупансионом. С нами был ребёнок 6 лет и были опасения, что отель не для детей, но все было отлично! Ограничение только во времени посещения спа с 11 до 15. В номер сразу принесли маленький халат, в спа ходили на минеральные ингаляции и соляную пещеру, с удовольствием посещали бассейн и грелись в саунах. Отель безупречный! Очень чисто , чудесный вид , персонал улыбчив и внимателен! Еда вкусная , все свежее и приготовлено с фантазией . В общем очень рекомендую , отель прекрасен.

Расписание процедур, продуманное медперсоналом по времени дало возможность иметь свободное время для прогулок, для поездок на экскурсии. Отношение сотрудников отеля великолепное и на ресепшене, и в ресторане и весь медперсонал - очень внимательные и приветливые. Бассейн и сауны замечательные. Спасибо за лечение и хороший отдых.
Наше пребывание в Карловых Варах в отеле Пупп было просто сказкой - великолепные интерьеры, комфорт и удобства, приятный и очень внимательный персонал. Высокопрофессиональный и очень отзывчивый персонал, в совокупности, с современным оборудованием и инновационными методами обслуживания, дают ощутимые результаты. Нельзя не отметить весь комплекс бассейнов и его релаксационной части - выше всяких похвал! Хочется сказать огромное спасибо всем работникам отеля за их работу и отзывчивость.

Отличный отель. Обслуживание прекрасное. Все на высшем уровне. Удобное расположение. Еда очень вкусная, хороший выбор, приготовлено очень вкусно. За две недели практически не повторялись. Спа достойный. Очень чисто и удобно. Если ещё соберемся в Карловы Вары, то только сюда. Очень рекомендую!
Шикарный отель, с великолепными интерьерами, внимательным сервисом. Отменное расположение. Большие номера, понравилась историческая мебель в отреставрированном состоянии. Не разочаровал приличный SPA, хороший бассейн.
Были в этом отеле в номере комфорт, это стоит своих денег, учитывая что можно посетить СПА. Но отель немного устарел, виден опыт во всем: в сервисе, в еде и т.д. Интерьеры - круто, обслуживающий персонал - учтивый. А вот уборка номеров... В моем номере, под креслом, оказался мусор от прежних постояльцев. Кондиционера в номере нет. Ресторан - вау. Питание - на высоте.
Очень понравился наш отдых в этом отеле. Номер уютный, с ажурным балконом, хорошей шумоизоляцией, сантехникой, очень удобной кроватью. Хороший вид из окна. Потрясающий интерьер ресторана. Для Карловых вар выбор просто огромный и блюда действительно вкусные. Ради такого завтрака и умиротворяющей атмосферы не ленишься проснуться пораньше. Очень приятный СПА в современном стиле: бассейн среднего размера, есть где плавать, есть подводные массажные струи и несколько отсеков с разными типами водных массажей. Все идеально чисто, комфортно, тепло. Из процедур посещали только салон тайского массажа, массажистка массирует жестко, но с результатом. Впечатления от отеля Pupp остались самые положительные.
