You can go down by foot from the “Imperial” to the thermal springs in 15 minutes or on the funicular, the station of which is located right next to the hotel. Today it has the largest and highest quality medical base in the resort. For several years, "Imperial" has been recognized as the best resort complex in the Czech Republic. Впечатления только самые положительные. Понравилась профессиональная работа мед. персонала и работников отеля. Грамотное назначение процедур и качественное их проведение. Очень хорошо отдохнули в этом отеле и морально и восстановились по здоровью. Понравилось питание в ресторане – все приготовлено очень вкусно и всегда есть из чего выбрать и на любой вкус. Познакомились в отеле с супружеской парой, которые приезжают из Америки именно в этот отель уже более 10-ти лет. И я теперь понимаю почему – ведь за 2 недели нашего пребывания у нас не возникло ни одной негативной эмоции. Если в следующий раз соберемся в Карловы Вары, то обязательно именно в этот отель.
Всё было прекрасно. Комфортный номер, качественное лечение, приветливый врач и отзывчивый персонал. Разнообразное питание, всё настолько вкусно, что появились пару лишних кило. Не совсем поняла, зачем для посетителей включили в стоимость пиво и вино в ресторане, это всё-таки санаторий, куда в первую очередь едут лечиться.
Санаторий Империал посещаю ежегодно на протяжении 12 лет. Очень радует, что санаторий сохраняет на неизменно хорошем уровне качество лечения. С 2009 года наблюдаемся у врача Марии Поспишиловой – очень профессиональный, внимательный и доброжелательный доктор. Отличное и качественное выполнение лечебных процедур. Сказать, что в отеле работает хороший персонал – это ничего не сказать: всегда внимательно относятся к просьбам и пожеланиям гостей, сервис на отличном уровне, как и всегда. В этот раз было много родителей с маленькими детьми и не понравилось, что детей ни в чем не ограничивали, дети носились по ресторану и по коридорам, а в бассейне взрослым практически не было места. Но это скорее не минус санаторию, а минус родителям.
Красивейшее расположение отеля в горах. До центра Карловых Вар фуникулёр. Замечательное медицинское обслуживание и проведение процедур. За 2 недели отдыха действительно набираешься сил и здоровья. О питании в ресторане могу сказать только, что оно превосходное. К уборке в номере совершенно нет вопросов – проводилась регулярно и без нареканий. Мы отдыхали в начале ноября, в это время нет толп туристов и можно спокойно прогуляться и насладиться красотами золотой осени. Могу не раздумывая рекомендовать этот отель.
В «Империале» я была уже 2-й раз, так как первым посещением осталась довольна, то решила ничего не менять и не искать другие варианты. По прибытию мой рейс задержали и я опоздала на ужин, в санатории мне было предложено приветственный ужин и напиток в ресторане «Париж», что очень порадовало. Мой одноместный номер был очень комфортным с большой ванной комнатой. Потрясающая чистота в номере и ежедневная уборка в номере, после которой мне всегда клали на белоснежную подушку шоколадную конфетку к чаю. Минусов от платного чая на обед и ужин в это раз я не заметила, так как я уже была со своим чайником (второй раз всё-таки, уже знаю что к чему). Приятно, что при назначении лечения прислушались к моим пожеланиям, лечение оказалось эффективным, за что я благодарна своему врачу. Персонал порадовал четкостью в работе, доброжелательностью и своим профессионализмом.
«Империал» нам очень нравится, это просто идеальный санаторий для тех, кто хочет расслабиться, отдохнуть душой и телом и пройти качественное оздоровление. Медицинский персонал очень внимательный к просьбам, приветливый, качественное проведение процедур. Отличный бассейн, который работает с 07:00, поплавать утром нам доставляет большое удовольствие. Питание отличное – разнообразно, вкусно, даже тяжело соблюдать диету. Обязательно вернемся еще раз в этот отель.
Здание санатория просто изумительное. Прекрасное расположение, очень удобно можно спуститься вниз на фуникулёре или прогуляться по живописной улице (но это подойдёт тем, у кого нет проблем с опорно-двигательным аппаратом), если совсем не хотелось никуда идти – пили воду, подведённую в санаторий . Что касается лечения – очень широкий выбор процедур, компетентный врач, хорошие медсестры. В санатории очень чисто. От питания в пятизвездочном санатории я ожидала немного большего, на обед горячие напитки были платные.
Санаторий «Империал» посещали впервые, до этого были 4 раза в других санаториях, каждый раз выбирали что-то новое, чтобы было с чем сравнить. Санаторий понравился всем, начиная от вида, который открывается свысока на город и просто вызывает восторг, а также порадовало лечение – очень хорошая лечебная база, на отличном уровне питание – широкое разнообразие блюд, спокойная обстановка в отеле и внимательный персонал. В этот раз это был отличный выбор, огромное спасибо менеджеру, что порекомендовала именно «Империал», побывав в отеле один раз – хочется вернуться снова.
Мы являемся любителями пешим прогулок, поэтому «Империал» для нас самое то. Санаторий удален от городской суеты, имеет собственный парк, работает внимательный персонал, имеет отличную лечебную базу, комфортные и просторные номера с потрясающим видом – всё, что нужно для отличного отдыха. Обязательно вернёмся сюда в следующем году.
Атмосфера отличная! И эта отличная атмосфера начинается с первых минут пребывания в санатории, когда Вас с улыбками приветливо встречает персонал. Отличная работа доктора Марии Поспешиловой, мы остались довольны грамотностью расписанного лечения и качеством его проведения. Понравилась работа менеджера Лады – очень старается помочь каждому гостью и идет навстречу просьбам. Отличный уровень питания в ресторане, широкий выбор блюд на шведском столе, всё очень вкусно и невозможно удержаться. Как пожелание, хотелось бы больше диетического питания и чтобы блюда были менее соленые или возможность заказать индивидуально.
«Империал» очень понравился, и отдых, и лечение. Отель просто роскошный. Прекрасный ресторан, отличное разнообразие на шведском столе на любой вкус и диету. Мед.персонал профессиональный и очень внимательный. Обязательно поеду в этот отель еще раз. Единственное, что мне не понравилось, это то, что горничные, постучав в дверь, не ждут пару секунд, а сразу открывают дверь своим ключом и заходят в номер. Хотелось бы, чтобы это было как-то поделикатнее.
Уже 4-й год посещаю санаторий «Империал» и могу сказать, что для меня альтернатив в Карловых Варах нет. Это не санаторий, а просто замок на горе, из номеров открывается красивейший вид на город. Внимательное назначение процедур и хорошее качество их проведения. Радует, что сауна и бассейн работают до 22:00. Отдельно хотелось бы сказать о питании – разнообразный шведский стол, очень вкусные блюда, особенно хорошо готовят мясо. Расстроило то, что убрали кофемашину, а качество кофе, которое подавали – оставляет желать лучшего.
Меня покорило расположение санатория! «Империал» находится на вершине холма, так называемом 3-м ярусе, над городом – открывается шикарный вид на Карловы Вары, вокруг лес, свежий воздух и самое для меня главное – тишина, ведь очень хочется отдохнуть от шума и суеты мегаполиса. А до центра Карловых Вар очень удобно можно добраться на фуникулёре максимум за 5 минут. О самом санатории могу сказать, что персонал работает профессиональный, высококвалифицированный, внимательно относятся к просьбам и хорошо организован лечебный процесс. Питание заслуживает отдельного внимания – хорошо приготовлено, вкусно, разнообразно. Уборка номеров – ежедневная и тщательная. Менеджер предложила мне экскурсию в Вену, чтобы не скучать на выходных, немного подумав я согласился и остался очень доволен, огромное ей за это спасибо. Всё было организовано отлично и вообще на протяжении всего моего пребывания в санатории со мной поддерживали связь, обо всём напомнили, уточнили как доехал, всё ли в порядке. Вот это я понимаю сервис. Остался очень доволен и лечением и вниманием BookSpaHotel, обязательно приеду еще раз и уже рекомендую своим знакомым.
Я остался доволен прекрасным обслуживанием, доброжелательным персоналом и хорошим лечением. Красивая, большая и чистая территория отеля, вкусное и разнообразное питание. Очень удобно добираться до центра Карловых Вар – есть фуникулер и курсируют автобусы. В следующий раз, думаю тоже поеду именно в этот отель. Для меня минус был только один, на завтрак нет кофемашины и приходиться заказывать кофе, хотя к работе официантов вопросов нет, но всё же хотелось бы разнообразия.
Большое спасибо всему персоналу за отличный отдых и поправленное здоровье. А также за то, что идут навстречу своим гостям (нам сначала дали комнату, где было очень шумно из-за ремонта в здании, но после нашего обращения с просьбой, быстро поменяли на другую, тихую комнату), номера чистые и просторные. Лечение на очень хорошем уровне, все процедуры выполняются вовремя. Для себя отметили, что ресторан «Париж» намного лучше ресторана «Прага» в плане обслуживания, в «Праге» приходилось глазами искать официанта и подавать сигналы, чтобы обратить на себя внимание.
В «Империале» отдыхали в первый раз семьей в конце ноября, до этого выбирали другие санатории, так как смущало удалённое расположение «Империала». Но, как оказалось, всё настолько удобно и продумано: работал фуникулер, рядом остановка городского автобуса. И здорово, что утром можно дольше поспать, так как в санаторий подведена вода из источника и достаточно просто спуститься на 1-й этаж, чтобы попить воды. Работает хороший и грамотный медперсонал и очень удобно, что процедуры заканчиваются до обеда и вторая часть дня полностью в твоем распоряжении. Питание очень разнообразное, но неудобно, что блюда не подписаны. Но при этом приветливые и внимательные работники ресторана помогают разобраться с меню. Всё просто отлично, обязательно приедем в Империал еще раз.
Санаторий отличный! Просторные и уютные номера, широкие коридоры с красными ковровыми дорожками, питание на высочайшем уровне – такое разнообразие и качество приготовления, что далеко не каждый ресторан может таким похвастаться. Проведение назначенных мне процедур понравилось, за исключением массажа (10 минут мне погладили спину, ну разве это массаж), после первого же массажа я обратился к своему доктору и она пошла мне навстречу и поменяла массаж на другие процедуры. На выходные взял экскурсию в Прагу, которую забронировала менеджер BookSpaHotel, остался очень доволен. И был доволен трансфером от этой компании, в аэропорту встретили с табличкой, как положено и обратный трансфер – всё вовремя. Понравился ночной клуб в отеле, но скорее это больше бар, довольно-таки приятный, здесь же бывают и концерты с живым исполнением, вход свободный. Своим отдыхом остался полностью доволен.
Санаторий «Империал» очень понравился. Доволен остался всем, особенно лечением, в первую же неделю пребывания почувствовал значительный эффект от термальной водички. Изначально сомневался ехать на 2 или на 3 недели, и поехал всё-таки на две. В следующий раз поеду обязательно на 3 недели, чтобы максимально закрепить эффект от лечения. Очень удобно, что персонал знает русский язык, это не составляет никакого труда в общении. Понравилось расположение санатория вдали от курортной зоны, это именно то, для ценителей тишины, а какие открываются виды на горные пейзажи из номеров, ресторана и даже из лифта, шахта которого из стекла. Для меня, как для жителя Москвы, это было как бальзам на душу.
Добрый день. Все прошло отлично, все понравилось. Персонал вежливый, обслуживание качественное. Очень красивый номер. Был казус с персоналом по уборке номеров. Ко мне подходили в коридоре и делали замечания, что мы вовремя не освобождаем номер для уборки, спрашивали когда мы выезжаем. В общем, вели себя неприемлемо как для персонала из ранга. В целом, замечаний нет. Спасибо Вам большое за организацию и помощь.
Мы отдыхали в середине апреля 2019 года, время было выбрано как нельзя удачно – кругом зелень, всё цветёт, воздух чистый, расположение санатория просто отличное, откуда открывается потрясающий вид на Карловы Вары. Внимательный персонал, отзывчивый и доброжелательный, чувствуется высокий уровень профессиональной подготовки. Спасибо им за наш отличный отдых. Питание в санатории лучше всяких похвал, мясные и рыбные блюда в изобилии, хороший выбор фруктов. Просто замечательный бассейн и спа процедуры. Для спуска в город работает фуникулёр. Для нас санаторий полностью соответствует уровню 5 звёзд.
В «Империале» была в первый раз, могу сказать, что всё понравилось, хотя всегда обращаю внимание, даже на мелочи. Сам отель красивый, коридоры просторные, на полу красные дорожки, номер был хоть и одноместный, но просторный, большая ванная комната и белоснежные полотенца. Кухня просто отличная – меню разнообразное, присутствуют различные фрукты, несколько видов гарниров, мяса, рыбы. Даже хотелось бы, чтобы питание было более диетическим. Отдельно хочу отметить медперсонал – ни единого раза не пришлось ждать проведения процедур, все точно по времени и так как я очень пунктуальный человек, меня это очень порадовало. Подведена минеральная вода в отель, что немаловажно. Понравилось, что ежедневно убирали в номерах и после уборки всегда меня ожидал приятный бонус на белоснежной подушке в виде шоколадной конфеты.
Доброе утро. Все прошло отлично, очень понравилось. Прекрасным бонусом оказалась программа "все включено", но боюсь в будущем получение пятой звезды отелем приведет к повышению цен, что нежелательно. Небольшой недостаток в хаотичности процедур, я думаю их нужно назначать с помощью комп. программы. Например после массажа, через 30 мин. аквоайробика на 45 мин, как-то не очень, и количество тоже нужно учитывать, а не просто ляпать. Я в первый раз, поэтому трудно было сориентироваться. Не повезло с экскурсиями, но это проблема скорее не отеля, а "заезда" людей. Никто никуда не ездил, все уже не по первому разу. Везде ездили вдвоем, соответственно дороговато за индивидуальные туры получилось. Номера прекрасные, сервис тоже. Нам понравилось. К сожалению, наверно больше сюда не поедем. Не мой профиль. Мой-суставы. Я знала, но решила попробовать, понадеялась на рекламу чудо уколов СО 2, чуда не случилось. Буду пробовать,что то другое.
В целом отель не опрадал ожиданий для отеля 5 зв. Питание хорошое, но думаю что в ресторане 5 зв. отеля клиенты не должны бегать с тарелками по залу. Ну разве завтрак. Хол. закуски и мясо - хорошо. Десерты- слабые. Платный чай - отменили. Я думаю ,что людям приезжающих в такой отель обжираловка и не нужна. Номера хорошие. Лечение не лучше чем в других отелях К. В. И не хуже. Но очень неприятно выходя из ванны ступать ногами на холодный пол. Даже в более скромных отелях под ноги стелят полотенце. В целом отдыхать - не работать. Но за эти деньги хочется больше или круче. О паркинге. При вьезде, с правой стороны паркинг закрытый, и в 2 раза дешевле. В описании отеля написано- есть врач кардиолог. Уволили. По другим специалистам незнаю. Врач- старалась.
Почти все на отлично! Отель оправдывает 5 звезд.
Отель вполне оправдывает те деньги, которые мы за него заплатили. Персонал приветливый, понимают русский язык, процедуры проводятся четко по времени, бесплатное посещение бассейна, хорошая уборка номеров. Моей супруге было не совсем комфортно ходить от источников к Империалу. Часто пользовались фуникулером. В остальном отпуск прошел замечательно, в следующем году возможно опять вернемся в Империал.
