Я отдыхал в этом санатории первый раз . Все очень понравилось. Комната у меня была просторная, хороший вид из окна, все было чисто и уютно. Еда прекрасная особенно завтраки. Я все доволен. Вечером разнообразие блюд, меня это особо радовало. Медицинскими услугами я тоже остался доволен, очень качественный массаж. Работники на ресепшн приветливые,хотелось чтобы они все таки побольше улыбались..... Я обратил внимание, что все кто останавливался в этом отеле хотя бы один раз возвращаются в него. Надеюсь что я тоже последую этой традиции и тоже организую свой следующий отпуск у вас.
Расположение отеля - в самом центре. Как по мне, отдых в Карловых Варах не может не понравиться. Чистый воздух, чистая вода, прекрасные пейзажи. В отеле я чувствовала себя как дома. Персонал - очень вежливый и сердечный. Уборка номера была каждый день, что заслуживает похвал. Каждые несколько дней менялась постель и полотенца. Качество питания - хорошее. Всегда были овощи, фрукты, рыба, мясо, вкусные супы. Хватало всего, но завтраки одинаковые, как близнецы, каждое утро. Менялись только каши . Но, в принципе, этого достаточно. Лично мне не хватало кефира и творога. Но еда всегда была отменного качества. Был предоставлен бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта в Карловы Вары и бесплатная туристическая поездка в Прагу. Мы были на экскурсии и все очень понравилось. Отличный гид. Все было выполнено.
Нам отдых и лечение в отеле Руже очень понравился! Персонал очень приятный, ответственный! У нас был отличный номер с прекрасным видом из окна. В санатории великолепная кухня!!! Можно легко набрать лишние килограммы. Но мы конечно после процедур старались много гулять по окрестностям, тем более что было чем полюбоваться. Остались хорошие воспоминания! Будем стараться еще приехать! Спасибо! Есть огромное желание ещё приехать к вам !!
Нас все устраивает в данном отеле - расположение, соотношение цены и качества, вкусно готовят и на наш взгляд , разнообразно. Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже который год подряд, и всегда всем довольны. Если появляются какие то вопросы , то персонал любезно со всем поможет, все очень отзывчивы. Качество лечения нас тоже устраивает, все вовремя, без сбоев. Как всегда благодарим за гостеприимство!!!
Отель достаточно милый, уютный. Маленький, с удобным местоположением. Номера хорошие, с новым ремонтом и новой мебелью. Все работает, в номере очень тепло (батарею регулируете сами). Кондиционер есть, зимой он был не нужен. В номере несколько русско-украинских каналов. Конечно зимой ходить вдоль колоннады было скучновато, спасала улица Масарика с магазинами. Находится эта улица чуть дальше Термала, 5 минут ходьбы. Источники рядом, 10 - 15 мин ходьбы в обе стороны. Лечение легкое, терапевтическое: ванны, ароматерапия, массажи, лимфодренаж. Питание тоже хорошее. Мне например нравится отдыхать зимой, ведь даже зимой Карловы Вары они прекрасны.
Мы отдыхали весной в спа-отеле "Руже".. Отель расположен очень удачно, все близко . Центр очень красив и прогулки по нему нам доставляли истинное наслаждение. А уникальные источники, это что-то!!! Поездкой очень довольны. Вернемся еще непременно!
Резервировали отель Руже за неделю до заезда, для нас это вроде было и спонтанно, обычно мы планируем отдых за пару месяцев. Были приятно удивлены стоимостью и что оплатить можно было по приезду. Отдыхали и проходили лечение в отеле второй раз, удобное расположение что очень радует, близко ко всем источникам, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, персонал отеля говорит на разных языках, что очень радует. Ездили своим ходом, машину можно было парковать у отеля. Часть процедур выполнялась в рядом стоящем отеле Мальта, но неудобств не чувствовалось, так как время процедур было отлично спланировано. Огромное спасибо за приятный отпуск.
В отеле Руже я второй раз. Мне нравится его месторасположение. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, если были какие то вопросы все быстро решалось. Чистые номера, комфортные, уютные. Отлично работал интернет, прекрасная телефония и телевидение. Лечение очень хорошее, процедуры выполнялись в назначенное время и качественно. Питание в этот раз было немного однообразным, в прошлом году было больше выбор блюд, салатов и десертов, хотя в целом все было неплохо.
Отдыхал с женой 12 дней в сентябре. Расположение отличное. Номер убирали ежедневно, два раза за 12 дней генеральная уборка со сменой белья. Тапочки и халаты выдают при заселении, что нас очень порадовало, так как с собой мы не брали. Питание понравилось. На завтрак несколько видов сосисок и сарделек, мясные нарезки, сыр,яйца. На ужин рыба,мясо,сосиски,фрукты и сладости… Наедались всем, и привезли даже домой пару лишних килограмм... Персонал вежливый, на все просьбы сразу откликались, все знают русский, это вообще большой плюс. Понравилось, планируем еще когда нибудь поехать туда же.
Очень хороший отель!!! Каждый день убирали в номере чистота и порядок. Мы выбирали питание только завтраки, завтраки были достойные очень!!! На завтрак каждый день колбаса разных видов, сыр, сосиски, булочки ,омлет, пончики. При отеле есть ресторан в нем можно пообедать и поужинать порции огромные . Отель не большой но очень уютный и чистый , персонал приветливый и понимающий . Рекомендую отель .
Отель располагается удобном месте. Стоимость отеля не большая, это не дворец, но уютное место для отдыха. Персонал очень отзывчивый и позитивный, всегда шли навстречу и делали все, чтобы было как можно комфортнее. Массаж назначают в неделю не более 2 раз, т.е. повлиять на мышцы и решить проблему таким образом не удастся, но, предполагаю, во всех Карловых Варах так, основное - вода. Качество питания меня полностью устраивало. У меня была включена бесплатная экскурсия в Прагу и она оказалась шикарной! Экскурсовод супер профессионал. Еще брала 2 платные экскурсии, но они понравились меньше.
Отдыхали с женой в августе. Отель Руже очень понравился и лечением, и обслуживающий персонал, и особенно мне , как мужчине - питанием, может и не очень разнообразно, но очень вкусно, мы даже выразили искреннюю благодарность шеф - повару. Жене очень понравились предоставленные процедуры. А вообще она в восторге конечно от Карловых Вар. В целом отель достоин своих звезд и своей цене. Если получится, то мы снова приедем в Руже.
Очень порадовало расположение этого спа-отеля, в 10 мин. от основных источников. Рядом остановка городского автобуса, торговый центр и остановка экскурсионных автобусов. Экскурсии на любой вкус. Высокое качество процедур, специалисты приветливы и доброжелательны. Качество лечения оцениваем как отличное. Очень высокопрофессиональный доктор, понимающий твои медицинские проблемы с полуслова и хорошо владеющий русским языком, что очень порадовало. 3-х разовый "шведский стол" заслуживает самой высокой оценки. За две недели нашего пребывания блюда почти не повторялись (кроме завтрака, что естественно), к тому же были очень вкусными. Для любителей на первом этаже есть еще и ресторанчик. Номера убирались регулярно. Наш номер полностью соответствовал вашему запросу. Спасибо всему персоналу отеля за наш отдых и лечение.
Мне очень приходится по душе отдых в Карловых Варах. Вполне хороший санаторий. Лечение хорошо организовано: без очередей и ожиданий. Персонал приветливый, доброжелательный. Питание вполне приемлемое. В номере чисто, уютно и очень даже мило. Медперсонал отеля всегда вежливы и готовы пойти на встречу. Мне очень понравились процедуры и вода.
Сегодня вернулись из Карловых Вар домой. Отдыхали всего неделю, но в следующий раз все спланируем лучше и приедем на дольше. Отель Руже был выбран по нескольким критериям: наличие ресторана и собственной лечебной базы, удобное месторасположение по отношению к нужным источникам и прогулочным улицам, и достаточно приемлемая за это цена. Питание устраивало полностью, в изобилии не нуждались, а тут выбор блюд был. Лечение предоставляется в этом же отеле в минусовом этаже и в соседней Мальте. Каждому своё, доктор принимает по мере прибытия посетителей, расписывает лечение по своему пониманию и с учетом пожеланий.Персонал очень приветливый, проблем никаких у нас не возникало. Всем сотрудникам отеля огромное спасибо, мы за неделю успели вновь коснуться прекрасной чешской культуры! Отдохнули прекрасно!
Расположение отеля это конечно огромный плюс. Мне понравилось сочетание лечения с возможностью хождения по многочисленным тропам в лесу. Мы жили в трехместном номере. Номер соответствует описанию, которое нам предоставили на сайте и мы полностью были довольны им. Мне всегда важно качество кровати и матраса. Для меня очень важно хорошо отдыхать во время сна. Здесь все на отлично! Подушки можно поплотнее. Но в целом все очень хорошо! Процедуры успевали пройти до 12 часов. Мед.персонал свою работу знает. Еда не диетическая , но все свежее . НЕ пренебрегайте такой уникальной возможностью! Карловы Вары великолепны!Советуем всем хоть раз но побывать там!
Очень порадовало расположение отеля- практически в самом центре и очень близко к источникам. Номера небольшие, но очень все чисто и аккуратно. Убирались в номере каждый день, полотенце тоже каждый день. Большое спасибо повару, огромное спасибо! Хотели лично поблагодарить- не получилось. Всегда разные и вкусные супы, каши, разнообразные мясные блюда, гарниры, колбаски, сыры, свежие фрукты ,молочные продукты, соки. Очень вежливые, улыбчивые, внимательные мед.персонал. Расположен отель в очень удобном месте. Так как стоимость его небольшая, то и ожидания мои были небольшими.
