Все было замечательно, отель новый, расположение прекрасное, рядом с колоннадой, еда была прекрасная, очень вкусная и отлично приготовленная. Спа услуги очень понравились, персонал очень вежливый и обходительный, везде чисто, аккуратно. Обязательно приеду еще сама и буду рекомендовать всем друзьям и знакомым! Спасибо за приятный отдых!
В этом отеле отдыхали первый раз и остались довольны. Весь персонал внимателен и любезен. Спасибо руководству и администрации отеля, медицинским работникам, обслуживающему персоналу, поварам и официантам. С большим удовольствием вернемся в этот отель!
Этот санаторий будет весьма полезен и тем, у кого проблемы с коленями, спиной, суставами. Хотя это и не основной профиль - газовые уколы, лимфодренаж, отменный массаж - массажист мужчина делает его просто блестяще! В конце пребывания - у меня уже ничего не болело! Номер у меня был светлый и просторный с диванчиком. Очень вкусная еда - шведский стол разнообразный и за две недели я так все и не перепробовала. Негатива нет - все замечательно!
5 лет отдыхаем в Карловых Варах, и Роял Регент трудно сравнить с каким-то другим отелем. Очень комфортный, шикарное питание, отличная лечебная база. Достаточно большой бассейн. Прекрасно провели время.

Уже два раза я был в Карловых Варах!. Для проживания выбрал данный отель и не пожалел! Отель реально очень хороший, придраться не к чему. Сервис на высоте, питание отличное, номера просторные , светлые. Персонал очень грамотный и доброжелательный. Думаю это один из лучших отелей в Карловых варах!

Хороший отель, все довольно новое, очень современно выглядит. Хорошие номера, с отличной звукоизоляцией. Бальнео очень приличный, процедуры проходят в отдельных кабинках. Отзывчивый и приятный персонал. Языкового барьера нет. Вообщем все понравилось!
Отель находится в удобном месте: в центре Карловых Вар, рядом с источниками. Медицинская база - на достаточно высоком уровне. Отдельное спасибо поварам и официантам за вкусное и разнообразное питание. Хорошо были организованы новогодний и рождественский вечера.Пожелание: хорошо бы иметь в фойе световое табло с указанием температуры наружного воздуха.Отдых получился очень комфортным. Будем рекомендовать Ваш отель своим друзьям и знакомым.
Разнообразная еда, диетическое питание, всегда есть свежие овощи, фрукты, столы чистые, часто на ужин бывает живая музыка. Персонал приветлив, адекватно реагирует на все обращения посетителей. Медицинский персонал работают четко, слаженно. Комнаты и санузлы убирают тщательно. Очень доволен выбором отеля.
Очень все понравилось, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, и так здорово-все разговаривают на русском. Большой выбор блюд, в том числе диетических. Лечение назначается индивидуально. А также очень хорошо, что лечебные процедуры проводят без выходных. Радовало что на территории есть бассейн и сауна. В номере ежедневная уборка, все чисто и аккуратно... Расположение удобное, город сказочно красив...

Расположение - лучшее в Карловых Варах.Замечательный отель для курортного отдыха или релакса на выходные. Обслуживание на достойном уровне, очень приятный персонал. Из минусов - постоянно неработающий лоби-бар. Хорошая лечебная база! Идеально подходит для спокойного семейного отдыха
Отличное расположение отеля, тематические ужины, новое оборудование клиники, очень дружелюбный персонал ресторана, разнообразный выбор блюд и великолепное качество их приготовления. Как по мне то минус в том что в номере не было чайника, и у нас был сломан сейф. Так отпуск прошел хорошо, понравились процедуры и предложеные экскурсии.
Все было замечательно. Хорошо отдохнули! Лечение, хорошее питание, проживание в номере, нет ни к чему ни каких претензий. Убирались ежедневно идеально, спальное белье менялось каждые два дня. Молодцы. Обязательно к Вам приедем еще.
