Отдыхали с мужем в начале сентября. Просто прекрасно. С одной стороны в отеле ощущается конец 19, начало 20 веков, с другой стороны отличный современный медицинский центр, сервис и отличный ресторан. В мед центре все по времени, все без суеты и очередей. Да и сам городок один большой парк. Кстати, можно съездить на экскурсии в Карловы Вары и даже в Германию. Все понравилось.
Отдыхали в Пацифике весной прошлого года. Замечательный отель, внимательный персонал, отличная кухня. Лечение на отлично, очень понравилась лечебная гимнастика для спины, массаж, лечебные ванны. Все замечательно! Большое спасибо всему персоналу отеля! Обязательно еще раз приедем!
Расположение отеля отличное. В самом центре. Бронировали номер с балконом и видом на фонтан. Номер большой, отличный. Уборка, обслуживание процедур, обслуживание в ресторане - отличные. Расположение прекрасное - около источника и парка. Номер у меня был одноместный с видом во двор, на другой корпус, зато тихо. В отеле есть отличный бассейн, хоть весь день плавай, так удобно работает, в ваннах настоящая минеральная вода. Врач назначил все, что нужно мне. Вода замечательная, чувствую себя лучше после полноценного лечения в этом санатории. Персонал работает превосходно. Теперь мой выбор будет только Пацифик!

Отдыхали в Пацифике на Новогодние праздники. Отель превзошел наши ожидания. Еда великолепная, лечение супер. Процедуры несмотря на праздники в у нас были ежедневно. Новогодний вечер очень понравился, была хорошая программа и разнообразная вкусная еда. Перед началом всех фотографировали и сразу выдали распечатанные карточки. В полночь всех угостили маленькой бутылочкой чешского шампанского. Затем всех ждал грандиозный салют над Мариенбадом. Хочу также отметить вежливый отзывчивый персонал отеля на рецепшене и в ресторане. И очень компетентный внимательный врач Ружена Ванкова, говорящая на русском, на немецком и конечно на чешском языках, трудностей в общении с ней и в понимании не возникало. В отеле подведена вода из Лесного источника, что удобно особенно зимой. Вообщем отдыхом и лечением остались довольны. С удовольствием приедем ещё ни один раз в Пацифик.
В Пацифик мы ездим в первую очередь за достойным лечением. Неизменно дружелюбный персонал, прекрасное расположение недалеко от парковой зоны и центральной колоннады. Великолепный вид с мини балкончика на центральную улицу завораживает как днем так и при ночном освещении уличных фонарей. Просторный номер оборудованный всем необходимым для длительного проживания и лечения; есть сейф, мини-бар, чайник, правда без сахара и чая. Есть детская комната, где можно занять своего ребенка на непродолжительное время. Бассейн и сауна заслуживает достойной оценки. Питание на определенно хорошем уровне.
Огромное спасибо персоналу отеля Пацифик за теплый прием. У нас был пакет с лечением, завтрак и ужин. Завтраки разнообразные, но приелись через неделю, ужин понравился, и разнообразием, и качеством. Номер люкс оправдал ожидания полностью. Есть несколько российских телеканалов. Уборка ежедневно, халат меняли через 5 дней. Удобно то, что все процедуры в одном здании, выходить никуда не надо. Единственное, что долго не могли привыкнуть к ортопедическим матрасам в номере, спать было жестко и дискомфортно. Но в целом отель заслуживает на твердые 4 звезды.
Мы в первый раз решили совместить отдых и лечение. Отель очень нравится. Номера удобные, комфортные. Уборка качественная. Питание организовано в ресторане отеля, много диетических продуктов, каши, кисломолочные продукты. Всегда есть рыба на пару, овощи в достаточном количестве. Тем кто диету не соблюдает также есть выбор блюд. Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал отеля. Лечебная часть организована отлично. После приема врача нам прописали процедуры с указанием времени и кабинета. Все четко , грамотно и нет никаких очередей и суеты. Процедур много, половина дня каждый день всегда занят. Питьевой лечебный режим также назначает врач, центральная колоннада рядом, набирали воду бесплатно и пили в лечебных целях, как прописано. В отеле выведен источник лесной. Очень красивый сам город, прекрасная архитектура, вековой лес, а летом ещё и все в цветах. Большая зона для пеших прогулок. Свежий воздух и шикарная природа! Очень остались довольны!
Все очень понравилось, прекрасные интерьеры, просторный номер, чистота, персонал вежливый и профессиональный, кухня выше всяких похвал. Индивидуальный подход к лечению, персонал старался подобрать удобное время процедур. Просто в восторге от города Марианские лазни. Мы отдыхали в середине лета и было очень душно ночью в номере, а кондиционера нет, это конечно минус, но я думаю исправимый.

Мы отдыхаем в Grandoteli Pacifik уже 10 лет и нам очень нравиться. Очень хорошая система лечение и отдых соотношение цена-качество отличное. Всегда нам попадались только комфортные номера. Еще нравится в отеле очень хороший бассейн и сауна. Питание отличное, мы уже берем полупансион, так как между обедом и ужином просто не успеваем проголодаться.

Отдых был замечательный. Отношение и профессионализм персонала на высоком уровне. Чисто, спокойно, уютно. Впечатления очень хорошие. Расположен в очень удобном месте. Побывали здесь уже не первый раз. Отличное месторасположение. Персонал доброжелательный. Процедуры без задержек по времени, идут на встречу, если необходимо перенести процедуру на более удобное время. Лечение выше всяких похвал. Отличный бассейн, две сауны. Вкусная еда. Один минус - отсутствие напитков за обедом и ужином. Можно хотя бы чай включить в меню.
Красивый и уютный отель. Врач Ружена Ванькова, очень внимательная и профессиональная. Осталось очень приятное впечатление. Проведение процедур понравилось, особенно массаж и превосходные ванны на минеральной воде. К уборке в номерах и процедурам претензий нет, твердая четверка. Питание для 4-х звезд слабовато, выбор очень скудный и однообразный, мясо часто пережаривали. Официанты работают хорошо.
Красивый отель в самом центре курорта. Удобное расположение, рядом парк, питьевые источники в 7 минутах ходьбы. Каждый день вкусно и разнообразно кормили. Процедуры назначила главврач. До обеда лечение, а после обеда отдых, прогулки по курорту.
