VILLA BUTTERFLY
"Butterfly" is located in a convenient place: opposite the City Park and only 170 meters from the source "Ferdinand", which is prescribed for the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract. Separate water procedures are carried out using mineral water from the Ferdinand spring, which has a positive effect on the musculoskeletal system and skin due to the high content of sulfates. В этом отеле были два раза, и есть желание вернуться еще. Здесь тихо, спокойно, в отеле отдыхают немцы и немного из России. Персонал разговаривает на нескольких языках. В отеле везде чисто качественно. Здесь хорошо сочетаются отдых и лечение: в течении недели процедуры, минеральная водичка по профилю, прогулки по замечательным окрестностям. Завтраки правда на тройку. Гостей в отеле окружают заботой и дружелюбием, менеджер отеля, Петр, часто с каждым гостем здоровается и спрашивает все-ли хорошо, это приятно.
Великолепная природа,очень красивые парки,очень красивый отель,разнообразные процедуры. Качество лечения и размещение на самом высоком уровне. По питанию хотелось бы большего разнообразия меню в ресторане утром.
Отдыхаем здесь не в первый раз, и с каждым годом в отеле заметны улучшения. Нам очень понравился удобный матрац в этом раз, гораздо лучше, чем ранее, также выбор свежих фруктов и овощей стал лучше. Персонал, как всегда, любезен и улыбчив. Чистота, комфорт, тишина, что еще нужно для качественного отдыха и восстановления сил..
Большое спасибо всему персоналу отеля! Очень доброжелательные, внимательные и старательные сотрудники. Достаточно уютная и домашняя атмосфера, качественные процедуры, и персонал всегда в хорошем настроении. Процедуры отлично расписаны: в основном до обеда. И в субботу, воскресенье свободные дни - можно посвятить их для экскурсий, что мы и делали. Очень комфортная спа зона и восхитительный зонированный бассейн. Ходили в бассейн обязательно утром и вечером. До колоннады придется прогуляться. Ужин практически всегда проходит под живую музыку. Немного есть вопросов к питанию, но уже по прошествии времени понимаешь, что мы на курорте и питание подбирается сбалансированно. Думаю, обязательно сюда вернемся.
Впечатления только положительные! Широкий спектр лечебных процедур, хорошее полноценное и разнообразное питание. Большой выбор фруктов и овощей. На выходных была организована прекрасная развлекательная программа с живой музыкой и танцами. Внимательный и доброжелательный персонал, медицинское обслуживание, врачебные консультации - все отлично. Впечатления от пребывания отличные. Что могу особенно выделить - превосходное лечение, особенно грязевые процедуры. Вкуснейшие блюда в ресторане, отлично готовят мясные блюда. И в целом уровень комфорта высокий. Остались довольны отдыхом.

Отдыхали с семьей в отеле две недели. Уборка номеров частая и тщательная, нареканий нет. Своевременно меняли постельное и полотенца. Номер просторный. Отдых оставил положительные впечатления. Выбрали отель Butterfly, в центре города. Внутри просторно, красиво, без пафоса. Номер нам достался с хорошим видом из окна, комфортный. Все понравилось. Лечебные процедуры на высоком уровне, персонал приветлив и отзывчив. Прилично и вкусно кормят.
Отдыхали в этом отеле в феврале. Сначала отель понравился, но в течение отдыха проявились минусы. Сам отель расположен напротив парка, от колоннады далековато: примерно 20 мин пешком в одну сторону. Номер: Номер был светлым, тихим, чистым. В номере только халаты, тапочек нет! Чайника нет. Wi-fi во всем отеле очень слабый. Лечение: осмотр врача только в начале лечения. Осмотра в конце и биохимического анализа крови не было. Назначают стандартные процедуры для всех: минеральные ванны, массаж, сухие газовые ванны и т.д. Очередей на процедуры нет. В принципе, процедуры нормальные. В целом отдых прошел неплохо.
Прекрасно организованный процесс лечения. Спокойная уютная атмосфера. Внимательный персонал. Тёплый бассейн. Хорошо оборудованные номера. Хорошие завтраки, качество ужина очень сильно зависело от смены, когда шеф мужчина, то все очень прилично.
Отель очень интересно оформлен: картины, статуи (особенно понравились фигурки известных людей в столовой). Отличные процедуры. Завтрак довольно хороший, кроме выходных, когда особенно много народа приезжает, не успевают пополнять и приходится ждать когда появится хоть что-нибудь. Ужин Шведский стол и горячее блюдо на выбор из 4 вариантов. Огорчила уборка номеров. Практически не пылесосили, очень пыльное было ковровое покрытие. Постель неделю не меняли, но когда мы напомнили, что стоило бы, оперативно поменяли. Довольно далеко до колоннады, нам, правда, это нравилось.
Отдых и лечение замечательное, городок Марианские Лазни просто чудесный, приветливый персонал и качественное лечение. Много мест, где можно погулять, парки. Персонал был очень дружелюбный, процедуры хорошими, массажист превосходный! Завтраки и ужины вкусные и разнообразные. Большое спасибо!
Отличное расположение на центральной улице, равноудаленно от колоннады и торговых центров, напротив отеля прекрасный парк. Внимательное отношение врача (прием неформальный около 20 минут). Большой выбор процедур (пожелания учитываются, что приятно). Слаженная работа медперсонала. Все четко по времени! Наличие сульфатных ванн. Качество уборки. Все было хорошо!. Уютный спа центр с удобным графиком работы. Желание главного менеджера отеля общаться с постояльцами, выявлять недостатки в работе и самое главное устранять их в короткие сроки! Это отличный подход! Но в целом требуется отелю косметический ремонт.
Первое, что неприятно удивило - это отсутствие одноразовых тапочек. Если честно, и мысли не было, что в отеле, к тому же 4 звезды, их может не быть. Далее, розетка в номере работала одна, та, которая на стене у ванной. Остальные, конечно, тоже работают, но по очень хитрой системе. То ли лампа должна быть включена одна, то выключена другая... И от этого зависела работа остальных двух розеток. Очень странная система. Питание нам понравилось, все было качественно и вкусно приготовлено. Несмотря на описанные выше недостатки, в целом место удовлетворительное. Но есть моменты для улучшения.
Я вполне довольна своим пребыванием в санатории. Качество лечения неплохое, все медсестры знают русский язык, очень добросовестно делают все процедуры. Мне очень понравилось то как в Баттерфляе организовано питание, я ранее была в других отелях Данубиус и есть с чем сравнить. ни одного дня моего отдыха я не видела не вкусно приготовленных блюд. спасибо шеф-повару.
Отдыхали вдвоем с мужем две недели в середине февраля. Отель понравился. Подходит для спокойного отдыха и лечения. Персонал внимательный, очень стараются угодить. Питание хорошее. Завтрак -шведский стол, обед и ужин - частично шведский стол (закуски и первое), основное блюдо по меню, можно выбирать из 5 блюд. В номере уютно, есть все необходимое. Убирают каждый день, чисто. Мы довольны!
Удобное расположение, непосредственно в парковой зоне. Всегда вежливый, персонал, готовый прийти на помощь. Отличный набор процедур. Горничные работают четко, уборка номеров на высоком уровне. Довольна приездом в Марианские Лазни. Курорт красивый, чистый, не шумный. В отеле уже второй раз, не хочу пробовать что то другое. Лечение мне вполне подходит, знаю персонал бальнео, врача. Все молодцы.
