Все понравилось. Остались всем довольны!!! Замечательный доктор Мария! Просили включить дополнительные процедуры, все включили без вопросов. Качественное и разнообразное питание, отличное расположение отеля, приветливый персонал, полноценные процедуры, добродушное отношение медицинского персонала. Непременно вернемся снова.
В марте прошлого года отдыхала в отеле Звезда. Понравилось все: отношение персонала, питание, лечение и спа центр. Бассейн с тёплой водой 30с. Питание - каждый день что то новое, чего только не пробовала. Не смотря на то что, бегала на беговой дорожке, а вес от различных вкусностей добавился. Однозначно всем буду рекомендовать этот отель.
Две недели на курорте пролетели как один день. Сказать очень хорошо - не сказать ничего. Это восторг от места расположения отеля, от природы , от людей живущих в этом прекрасном месте. Тишина, предупредительность персонала, хорошая кухня, качественное лечение - все это создавало только положительные эмоции. Из пожеланий хотелось бы, чтобы расписание лечебных процедур составляли не так плотно, иначе не успеваешь просто либо на обед, либо сходить попить водички.
Отель Звезда - это огромный комплекс с бассейном и саунами. Очень чисто, уютно. Завтраки и ужины просто великолепны. Городок Марианские Лазни маленький, тихий и спокойный. Мы отдыхали от городской суеты, наслаждались чистым воздухом и прекрасными видами и остались очень довольны.
Отдыхали в отеле " Звезда" летом прошлого года, расположен удачно, вблизи от источников основной колоннады, номер двухместный был просто отличный, c видом на площадь Гете. Уборка номеров производилась каждый день, смена постельного белья раз в неделю. Хочу отметить внимательное отношение и великолепную работу всего медперсонала на предложенных нам процедурах (минеральные ванны, грязь, газовые уколы, сухие углекислые ванны, парафин, ингаляции). Замечательный бассейн и две сауны в отеле, очень понравились. Питание было разнообразное, с большим выбором блюд. Не понравилось только то, что в салатах много уксуса. Рекомендую Всем этот отель для хорошего лечения и отдыха.
Осталась очень довольна отелем Звезда. Номер оказался шикарным, особенно меня порадовала ванная комната. В номере была шикарная ванная комната с не менее шикарным душем. В номере очень комфортные матрацы, шикарное белье. Уборка в номере и пополнение запасов средств гигиены в ванной выше похвал. Очень приятные горничные. Второй приятный бонус был от Сергея Бортника, который занимался моим назначением лечебных процедур. Моя любимая и нужная процедура ради которой я приезжаю в этот отель сейчас не предоставляется в силу объективных причин. Но Сергей сделал все, чтобы по возможности мне ее заменить, чему я благодарна от всего сердца. Лечение выше всяких похвал, все по времени, спокойно без суеты. Еда в ресторане была разнообразной. Очень порадовали супы, которые были даже на завтрак. У меня диабет и приходиться выбирать питание. В Звезде с этим проблем не было. В этой группе отелей есть три источника, что тоже очень здорово для лечения. Сама атмосфера в отеле, отзывчивый персонал очень способствовали моему отдыху и лечению.
Прекрасное расположение, внимательный врачебный персонал, эффективно работающие медсестры. Очень хорошая кухня, впечатления от пребывания очень приятные. Из минусов, удивила плохая уборка в номере, за 2 недели влажную уборку сделали только один раз.
Понравилось многое, а особенно мой шикарный номер - супериор, который был с балконом и великолепным видом на фонтан и живописные окрестности курорта. Питание нормальное, но больше всего понравились обеды. Завтрак обычный, ужин не прям супер, но всего более чем достаточно. Хотелось бы больше фруктов и диетических блюд. Лечение замечательное. Персонал добросовестно выполняет свои обязанности. Все вежливы и приветливы.
В санатории второй раз. Очень внимательный доктор и персонал на процедурах. Везде очень чисто. Номер хороший, но был без кондиционера и летом было жарко. Процедуры в том числе массаж на хорошем уровне. Курорт прекрасный. Хочется вернуться обязательно в этот отель!
Очень понравился санаторий и остались только теплые воспоминания. На наш взгляд, санаторий "Звезда"- лучший в комплексе. Очень понравился номер с видом на парк. Разнообразная и вкусная еда. Лечение отличное - очень благодарны замечательному доктору Марии! Медперсонал доброжелательный и профессиональный. График посещения процедур был составлен так, что практически нигде долго не ждали. Сервис на высшем уровне. Персонал отличный. Отель расположен недалеко от Колоннады, куда выведены источники минеральной воды. На базе этого отеля расположен бассейн Все процедуры можно пройти, не выходя на улицу. Не понравилось питание, вся еда приготовлена на большом количестве масла, салаты все заправлены уксусом, все жареное. Хотелось бы более легкого питания.
Все отлично,за исключением небольших минусов. Спасибо медицинскому персоналу за отличную работу и доброжелательность, особенно хочется отметить работников по электротерапии, газовым инъекциям, минеральным ваннам - в корпусе «Звезда». Хорошая работа рецепции, администратора Ольги - быстро решались все вопросы. В Звезде мы были второй раз, и на этот раз показалось, что ухудшилось качество питания, уменьшилось количество десертов.
Прекрасный отель с удобным местоположением, интересным дизайном с элементами роскоши. Твердые четыре звезды. Отличный персонал, особенно на рецепции и в ресторане. Все работают быстро и слаженно. Процедуры приличные. Много общих мест для отдыха, хороший бассейн. В следующий раз мой выбор будет также только Звезда!
Отдыхала летом 2019 года. Невероятная красота Марианских Лазней! Понравилось все, особенно мой номер - одноместный с видом на " Скальник" и дорогу, по которой нет интенсивного движения. В нем уютно и просторно . Лечение очень хорошее. Очень понравилось как делают грязи. Мне повезло, все процедуры в этом же корпусе. Но не раз была свидетелем недовольств тех, кому часть процедур давали в других корпусах. Бассейн лучший, без сомнений. В ресторане питание хорошее. Но порядок такой, что должны дать постоянное место, и тогда ты сможешь сделать заказ на обед и ужин. Персонал дружелюбный. Радует и интерьер, и природа вокруг.
Первый раз отдыхала в Марианских Лазнях и в отеле Звезда. Очень понравился отель и процедуры. У меня сахарный диабет 2-го типа, после лечения, сахар упал на две единицы. Это лучший показатель отдыха! Питание нормальное но не супер. Бассейн закрывается рано (в 9 вечера). Но это незначительные мелочи, я обязательно планирую приехать еще раз!
В Марианских Лазнях отдыхаем уже 5-й год, отель Звезда выбрали впервые. Всё очень удобно и близко, как и в отеле, так и за его пределами. Мы быстро могли добраться до ресторана, за 30 секунд спуститься на 2 этажа вниз, и сразу на процедуры, которые здесь были великолепны. Что касается прогулок по городу, то всё просто. Нужно было 5-7 минут, чтобы сходить и набрать минеральной водички. Очень приятные и отзывчивые официанты были в ресторане. Один минус - сильно много хлорки в бассейне, её запах можно было почувствовать, ещё не входя в раздевалки. В целом - отель хороший.
Прекрасное расположение отеля. Шикарный большой бассейн. Очень хорошая массажистка в 3 кабинете. Доброжелательное отношение, квалифицированный персонал, хорошие условия отдыха и лечения в этом санатории. Но неудобством было то, что лечебные процедуры разбросаны по четырем корпусам, включая здание другого санатория (Центральные лазни). Немного напрягало хождение по длинным переходам. Очень много людей, в ресторане, бывали просто столпотворения. Но питание хорошее и всего всегда хватало!
Хорошее расположение в центре города, недалеко от колоннады. Приветливый персонал, нет дискомфорта в общении. Питание требует некоторых улучшений: блюда чешской кухни нельзя назвать диетическими. Нет разнообразия в еде. Чай бесплатно можно выпить только на завтрак. На обед и ужин чай только платный. По лечению вопросов нет, всем очень довольна, работают профессионалы своего дела.
Надо учиться регулировать погоду!?
Великолепное расположение отеля: рядом с источниками, центральной улицей курортной части и лесом. Хорошие номера, правда большинство - без кондиционеров. Мебель, оборудование в хорошем состоянии. Отличное питание - разнообразно, вкусно, чисто, много фруктов и овощей. Полноценное лечение: разнообразные процедуры, точное соблюдение графика. Хороший бассейн. Неудобно, что невозможен поздний выезд: мы задерживались на 2 часа, но все равно взяли оплату за полсуток. Цены выше среднего, но вполне соответствуют уровню обслуживания.
В этом отеле мы отдыхали в марте 2019 года. Путевку покупали в комплексе питание, лечение и проживание. Единственное о чём пожалели что взяли на неделю, т к в Марианских Лазнях были первый раз. Очень удобное месторасположение отеля, колоннада тоже рядом что немаловажно. В отеле всё сделано для полноценного отдыха, лечения и релакса, есть большой бассейн. Номера уютные светлые и теплые. Процедуры отличные и все по времени без долгих ожиданий. Персонал приветливый. Питание на мой взгляд разнообразное и достаточно большой выбор мясных и рыбных продуктов. Вообщем минусов мы не заметили и даже с погодой нам очень повезло. Отдохнули отлично и хочется вернуться еще раз.
Хорошие номера, внимательный медицинский персонал. Благодарность врачу Сергею Бортнику за медицинские назначения и консультации. в некоторые дни приходилось ждать процедур в очереди.
