Мы отдыхали в этом санатории в начале октября 2018года. Санаторий понравился,лечение великолепное. Лечащий стаф ,без исключения,очень приветливый и услужливый. Климат отличный.. Все бы было великолепно,если б ни один ньюанс. Мы на два дня и одну ночь поехали в Милан. На дверь своего номера я повесила табличку "Не беспокоить". По прибытии обнаружилось ,что табличка была проигнорирована и у меня из номера пропали гель и кондиционер для волос,которые я привезла с собой. Когда я обратилась во фронт лесу то ,сначала,они утверждали,что такого не может быть,а потом ,что они ни чем не могут мне помочь. Я была ,мягко говоря,в шоке от такого отношения к клиенту в 4-х звездочном отеле. По меньшей мере они должны были извиниться и возместить пропажу. В день отъезда моя тетя обнаружила пропажу своего крема от компании Мери Кей. Но мы не стали заморачиваться и трепать себе нервы перед отъездом и не заявили им о пропаже. Я знаю работу отеля изнутри (правда пятизвездочного). И такое отношение к клиенту не допустимо. Повторюсь,если не эти два инцидента ,то отдых можно было назвать на высшем уровне. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить Вас,Игорь за Ваш профессионализм и терпение в работе с клиентами. Обязательно опять воспользуюсь Вашей услугой. Спасибо.
